Change in Leadership

As of last week, I stepped down as GM of Company of the Wolves. Due to increasing real life obligations, I could no longer support the guild as it deserves. Roans has graciously taken over the mantle, please welcome him and support him as he moves us into 2012.

Since the beginning of Cataclysm, Company of the Wolves has had an influx of new members. To those new members, WELCOME. Company of the Wolves is a guild that has been around since 2007. We pride ourselves on being remarkably drama free and all around good citizens of Azeroth. We don't troll Trade Chat, we don't ninja and we pride ourselves at being somewhat decent WoW players. There is more detailed information on how we run the guild in the guild guidelines on the Forum.
To all of our longtime members, remember to make our new friends feel at home.

We have implemented a password for Vent, the pw can be found in the guild information tab

Account Security

Folks, we have had a rash of hacking in the guild recently. As such we have reduced/restricted access to the Guild Bank to protect ourselves.
Please take basic steps to ensure your account security for your self and for your guildies.
Steps you can take:
Strong password including numbers, and symbols such as $#!
Good Antivirus software:
McAffe
Symantec (Norton)
Avast (Free AV software)
AntiMalware:
Spybot Search and Destroy (Free)
CCleaner (Free)
Scan your system on a weekly basis using the tools above and you should have a mostly trouble free WoW experience.
